Víkend plný inspirace.
Již devátým rokem žijeme svůj sen.
Sice bez elektrické přípojky, tekoucí vody a dobré příjezdové cesty o to více v souladu s přírodou a tedy šťastnější.
Nemáme pračku, lednici, auto, televizi atd a přesto ( a proto) si žijeme svobodně.
Máme 3 děti, které se narodili doma, vzděláváme je doma a jsme s nimi rádi.
Jsme reduktariáni, to znamená, že se vědomě a dobrovolně uskromňujeme ve svých životních potřebách. Součástí reduktariánství je snižování produkce odpadu, s čímž souvisí nakupování po velkých baleních, což je nejen ekologické, ale i ekonomické. Snížit odpad se nám podařilo i díky bezplenkové metodě, kdy jsme na tři děti nevyprodukovali ani jednu jednorázovou plenu.
Součástí našeho prostoru je permakulturní zahrada a jedlý les, který jsme před 7 lety vysázeli a do budoucna nás přiblíží k soběstačnosti.
Žijeme v malé Chajdaloupce, kterou jsme si sami postavili z přírodních materiálů na samotě u lesa v Orlických horách. Okolní přírodou se procházíme převážně bosý, či v bosobotách. Je u nás klid a ticho a v noci tma jako v pytli.
Vaříme vědomě, ze základních surovin a využíváme fermentaci pro lepší trávení a využití živin. Pečeme si vlastní kváskové pečivo z doma mleté mouky. V našem jídelníčku převažuje rostlinná strava.
I „hlad“ je u nás součástí jídelníčku a proto praktikujeme přerušované půsty.
Změnili jsme svůj dech a začali se dít věci.
